What are the Steps of a HydraFacial?
HydraFacial treatments consist of four distinct steps;
1. Cleanse & Peel
While traditional microdermabrasion uses crystal or another abrasive solution to exfoliate the skin, which can be uncomfortable and harsh on sensitive skin, a HydraFacial uses the special vacuum-based abrasion tip along with a special solution for a much gentler treatment. This means that the treatment is soothing while still very effective, and requires no downtime. Your face might tingle slightly, as a chemical peel is applied to the skin. It’s a gentler version of a traditional peel, and the blend of glycolic and salicylic acids deliver a peel’s effects without significant redness or skin scaling after treatment.
2. Extract & Hydrate
After another serum is applied, the extraction tip works to pull out whatever is clogging pores, be it dirt, dead skin, or acne-causing oil. This process applies powerful, yet gentle suction through the HydraFacial’s vacuum-based tip, extracting all the debris from your pores without grazing the skin.
3. Infuse & Protect
Finally, the skin is infused with a special medical-grade serum rich in antioxidants and peptides. This serum is designed to even skin tone, firm and tighten, as well as hydrate.

Aimed at congested or acne prone skin, this facial is customised to the individual and used targeted skin pulse super skin rejuvenation laser to target the acne at the source.
The high energy light of SSR tackles “propionic bacteria” that causes the inflammation in acne. It also reduces the size of the sebaceous glands in your skin and regulates the amount of sebum (oil) those glands produce. Porphyrins (naturally occurring molecules in the inflamed acne) absorb light in the blue wavelength spectrum, which produces heat. This is known as a “photo-thermal process”.
