1. Cancellation/ No Show Policy for Mojjatchi
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or obligations for work or family. However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another client’s from booking appointments. Conversely, the situation may arise where another client fails to cancel and we are unable to schedule you for a visit, due to a seemingly “full” appointment book.
Cancellation Terms and Conditions:
If an appointment is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance you will be charged a 50% Appointment fee.
No Show Terms and Conditions:
If an appointment is not cancelled and you chooses not to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount for the appointment.
2. Scheduled Appointments
We understand that delays can happen however we must try to keep the other client’s and Therapists on time. If a client is 15 minutes past their scheduled time we will have to reschedule the appointment.
3. Account balances
We will require that client's pay any outstanding balances to zero, prior to receiving further services by the salon.
Client’s who have questions about their bills or who would like to discuss a payment plan option may call and ask to speak to a manager with whom they can review their account and concerns.
Client’s with balances over $20 must make payment arrangements prior to future appointments being made.
Mojjatchi LIFT members agree to abide by all membership regulations and this agreement. Members agree to comply with expressed and/or customary rules for participation and use of equipment, services and the facilities. Unless there is a cancellation, as provided for in this agreement, the Member will be responsible for all payments due and owing under this agreement even if there is no use of services. In the event of death or disability, liability for fees will cease at the date of death or disability. If the facility becomes temporarily unavailable due to events such as fire, flood, loss of lease or the like, the Owner/Manager will extend the Member’s privileges for the same period as the facilities were unavailable.
The Member permits the use of personal details.
Mojjatchi members have an anytime opt out option.
Direct Debit for Membership Fees
The Member is liable to pay an additional fee of $15 in the event that details provided are incorrect, including change of account, insufficient funds or otherwise. The Owner/Manager reserves the right to deactivate the Member’s services at Mojjatchi until payment is made. In the event of default of the membership payments, the Member agrees to pay all costs of collection including agency fees and any legal costs incurred in the recovery of the outstanding amount.
Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be for determination pursuant to the provisions of the Commercial Arbitration Act 1986.
Giving Consent to Charge Fees
By providing a credit card number or bank account at the time of joining, the Member expressly consents to the Owner/Manager charging all fees and charges in respect to the membership to the provided credit card or bank account.
Mojjatchi Treatment Plan
The Member understands that each Mojjatchi individual treatment plan may vary and that the amount of treatments that they receive will be administered at the discretion of the professional consultant handling their treatment plan. The Member understands that appointments may also be subject to resource and staff availability.
Mojjatchi Membership Cancelation/No Show
The Member understands that should they fail to give 48 hours notice of cancellation or they no show to their Mojjatchi services, They will incur a $59 fee that will need to be payed prior to any additional treatments. The Member understands that by failing to give cancellation notice or not showing up for their appointment, They are impacting resource availability for other members.
